Eilat Made My Travel Amazing

My bridesmaids picked Eilat Limousine International to handle the travel needs for my bachelorette party. We had a wonderful time. Our driver arrived on time to pick us up at the airport and was courteous and friendly. He was dressed professionally and was very knowledgeable. He took us to some really fun places. Since we had flown to New York City from Chicago to make the night a fun and memorable experience, we really didn’t know the New York club scene at all, other than what we researched online. Our driver helped us plan our night. He went above and beyond the call of duty, making sure we arrived in luxury and style, and had access to him at all times, wherever we went. That made us all feel safe and like we were VIPs.

At the end of the night, our driver made sure we arrived safely and securely at our hotel. And in the morning, we called him to take us to brunch and then to the spa for a day of pampering and luxury. We all felt like princesses and had an amazing time. The stretch limo we reserved was posh and loaded with amenities, including leather seats, a wine/champagne chiller, a lighted ice compartment, floor and overhead air systems, a DVD player, an intercom, two flat-screen TVs, tinted windows and killer lighting and sound systems.

I was so impressed with the services and our overall experience through New York Limo, as part of Eilat Limousine International, that I talked to my fiancé about choosing the company to meet our travel needs for our wedding, which was six months later. We were married in Paris and took our honeymoon in Dubai. A professional driver in a luxury sedan greeted me at the airport in Paris and took me to my hotel before the wedding. The night before the ceremony, my bridesmaids and I, again, went out. We stopped at one bar that night and just had a nice, relaxing time reminiscing about old times and thinking about the future. When Ben, my husband, and I left the church as man and wife, a 10-passenger stretch Lincoln limo was waiting for us and took us back to the airport. We were so glad we ended up choosing Eilat. Our travel was worry-free and fun. We were confident that our driver would meet us at the airports on time and take us to our destinations in the quickest, safest routes possible. And, of course, we were not a bit surprised when they did.

Follow The Rules

As you may well remember, in the past we've discussed some fo the high points that must be taken into account when renting a limo. Of course and as always, we firstly recommend renting from a reputable company. If your company of choice makes a good impression on you, chances are that they'll make a good impression on those riding with you to your special event. We've decided to recap some of the most important 'rental rules', as these seem to be some of the most commonly asked questions in the industry. If you're interested in learning more about making your rental successful, read on for more information.

When renting a limousine, it's important to first take into account the destination to which you plan to travel. Many rental companies offer variances in fees and conditions depending upon the travel arrangements.

It's also a good idea to take into account the number of people with whom you plan to travel. If you plan to travel with a larger group, you may want to consider renting a stretch Escalade or other SUV limousine. You may also find it to be a more economical choice to rent a limousine in conjunction with your friends or family. Going into your rental process after having established group fees will allow you to better select a limousine and meets your needs. You may find that you will be able to afford more parks and amenities if you travel as a group and break the cost down per person or per couple.

You should also plan to take into account how long you'll be in attendance of a particular event, at what point the chauffeur should return to pick you up, and whether or not you have a preference as to your chauffeur’s activities while he waits. For example, many people who rent limousines for wedding services prefer that their limousine driver remain in attendance so that photographs can be made with the vehicle.

One final tip, when renting a limousine for any event, plan on tipping your driver. While some companies include a gratuity in their total fee, many rental companies do not. Be sure and inquire in advance as to whether or not your rental company will include gratuity for your driver in their fees. You should get all of your rental information in writing prior to purchase.

Remember, renting a limousine can be one of the most enjoyable experiences you'll ever have. However, the best way to guarantee your enjoyment of the process is the utilization of the right resources including only the highest quality services throughout the process.

Have It Your Way

Finding the right limo rental company can pose some challenges. The best way to start the process is to have a clear idea of the kind of event you want to have and then figure out the particular details. This will help you find the right limo or chauffeured transportation services for your event.

So before you select a company, know these things; what is the type of occasion, how many people will be going, how many hours will you need the limo, will you want any special services or drinks served while in the limo and what will the itinerary be? Limo services are provided for so many different kinds of occasions, so have a clear mental picture of your event before you start shopping for a company.

One of the first questions that the limo company will need to know what the event is. Will it be for a trip to an airport, a concert, a major league ballgame, or is it for a prom, wedding, bar mitzvah, girls' night out on the town, a city tour, Christmas tour of lights, or a hot date where the most important thing is to wow your partner. The only thing that limits the event is your imagination.

Remember the old saying, “You get what you pay for.” That isn’t always true with limo rental services. Some companies are just not as good as other companies. Ask to take a look at the fleet. If the fleet is clean and the vehicles are fairly new you will not be disappointed. If the vehicle is worn and not in good shape, you may find that the chauffer or staff is not as attentive to their clients. Don’t let price be the only factor in your search.

Tailoring your party to the right vehicle, having a clear image of the event in your mind, knowing the amenities that come with the vehicle you choose are all important pieces of the limo rental company selection. If you want to listen to special music, find out if you can plug your iPod into a jack and use the car speakers. Think about your event down to the smallest detail. It will help you make the best choices when it comes to your limo rental needs.

Either way, do not be intimidated and ask hard questions of the limo company. You will be making memories with this limo rental experience, so have it your way. You drive the bargain and let the chauffeur do the driving.

Loving Your Limo Rental

Riding is a limousine is something that always catches the kids’ attention. Adults also wonder when they see a limo. Today, renting a limo is affordable and accessible to ordinary folks. People instinctively think that the person in that limo must be someone rich and famous.

The limousine is a nice ride with all the amenities. People imagine it would be too expensive to afford. This is just not true, especially if you rent it with other couples. The cost is split and becomes very reasonable.  Imagine, if you will, nice subtle lighting options, stereo equipment, a TV with a DVD player, a stocked wet bar with ice, and of course alcohol for those old enough to drink, and soda for the kids. Pick the kind of event and make it count.

Often times you will need to set up an account online before renting from the business. Once that is done, the next time you want to rent, the process will be simplified. The initial process is simple and quick, making ease of use a priority.

Coming up with the money for a limo is not the toughest thing to do, especially if you have friends that are willing to chip in for the tab. Remember, though, when you order online to save yourself some grief and write down your password and username in a secure location. Many companies allow multiple credit card entries so the bill can be split several ways.

When you rent the limo you will get a professional chauffeur who will open a door, assist the ladies getting in and out of the car, and the chauffeur will go out of his or her way to offer superior service and make sure you and your guests or family feel catered too.

Some might wonder what the reasons to partake in renting a limo might be, but the biggest reason would be to make a regular occasion a special occasion.  Limos don’t care what the occasion or the time of the year, they run on holidays. They can carry people all over town to view Christmas lights. Make a holiday memory every year and take pictures…they will keep the memories as time fades.

The truth is many people can fit in a limo, so if everybody pitches in, then the limo rental is an affordable treat and will make a car ride something special.

Nuts and Bolts Rental

When you want to rent a limo, there are some nuts and bolts things you should be aware of before searching for the limo rental business that you want to use.

You will have to provide your credit card information so that a credit authorization can be done. The reason for this credit check is to ensure that there is no fraudulent use of credit cards. Some companies will require you to fax the front and back of your drivers’ license and credit card in with a special form. It is best to ask about special forms or requirements for that specific company.
Most Limo Rental businesses have specials they offer to their clients, such as airport transport services, corporate services, bachelor or bachelorette party packages, prom night, or wedding and engagement services for example. Additional services are offered for sight seeing or trips to local or nearby gambling towns. If you just want to have a night on the town in style, then limo rental may be the way to go.
Style and class go with the limo rental business. Would you like to be escorted around town in a Mercedes Benz or a Lincoln Town Car? Perhaps a BMW 700 series is more your style. There is always room in a Cadillac Stretch Extended Sports Vehicle. How about a full bar and leather seats, or six flat screen TV’s? Throw in a sun roof and mood lighting and you are pretty much set.
Often times you will need to set up an account online prior to doing your rental from the business. Once that is done, the next time you want to rent, the process will be simplified. The initial process is simple and quick, making ease of use a priority. Like with any online transaction, be sure to write down you password and username in a secure location.
Once you get the nuts and bolts of communication set up with the limo company of your choice, then you can get down to other business related to your rental. You will be able to shop online, obtain quotes, availability of rentals, pick the type of rental wanted, and select the amenities and of course specify the important stuff, like the kind of liquor you want stocked for your special time in the limo. Once the nuts and bolts of any limo rental company are figured out, the last thing to do is enjoy.

Your Chauffeur's Qualifications

When you rent a limo, you may be concerned as to the qualifications of your chauffeur, so today we’ve decided to address that concern. The qualifications and requirements for a potential limousine driver are the same for anyone serving as a chauffeur, which means anyone who operates a vehicle for the purpose of transporting other people for a living. Though these qualifications vary from state to state and from city to city, there are certain requirements that are static. For the most part, limo driver qualifications are governed by state laws to ensure the safety of any vehicle occupants. The main standards for limousine drivers are as follows:

The applicant must have a valid class C drivers license (a standard license), and, in some states, they must also apply for a secondarychauffeur's license, which includes rigorous testing and rules. It is important for a limo driver candidate to have a clean driving record. Since they will have other lives to look out for, applicants with bad marks on their records, such as DUIs, will not be allowed to obtain limo driver credentials.

Some limo companies require that applicants pass training classes or courses. These courses will require the applicant to learn defensive driving and show that they are capable of such driving. They will also need to prove their ability to drive in bad weather, showing that they can handle the vehicle on roads with obstacles and weather hazards in the way.

Applicants will also be required to pass a preliminary drug test, and many companies require that their drivers agree to random drug testing as well. Again, this is a safety precaution for passengers. In the past, there have been cases when limo drivers who were not checked led to injury-causing accidents.

Finally, a qualification for the driver is that they maintain a certain appearance, meaning that they should always present a clean-cut, well dressed appearance. This could include keeping their hair and facial hair clean and neat and they may be required to either dress formally or wear a uniform.

As mentioned earlier, the actual qualifications may vary in other states. And some companies may require other, stricter standards. But the above qualifications are the basics of what is required from a limousine driver. The safety and protection of the passengers is the most important thing when it comes to limo services. Therefore, the regulations and standards may seem strict, but they are well worth it.
